Directions Cook pasta as package directs, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet, sauté garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower, zuchinni, carrot, artichoke and sea salt. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, cover, steam 2 minutes. Turn off flame, add pepper, pasta and basil. Toss thoroughly and serve. |
